- Strategic development of nation-wide brand refreshment, incorporating all graphics and interiors.
BankWest
- Created a new visual merchandising strategy for branches, applicable to a nation-wide rollout.
Boral
- Strategy, design and creation of an interactiveflagship showroom for consumers. It displayed products from all divisions, each one being an independent client.
Cadbury Schweppes
- Concepts for Cadbury Schweppes first stand-alone, interactive visitor centre.
Chemmart
- Space planning and project management of nation-wide store refits. Maintained control of brand standards during the process.
Chocolate Box
- A change in location strategy, required a ground-up redesign for new retail outlets at airports.
Coles
- Introduced European store trends, leading to strategy and feasibility analysis for pre-prepared take away food lines.
Commonwealth Bank
- Conducted feasibility analysis for CBD mixed use space. This included determining tenant mix according to demographics and relevant foot traffic.
Deutsche Bank
- Feasibility studies and refurbishments for regional shopping centres. This included tenancy mix recommendations based on demographic analysis.
Events Fashion
- New concepts for the entire range of stores, from flagships to clearance outlets.
Fila
- Created modular, stand-alone, merchandising fixtures for use in major retail stockists.
First National Real Estate
- Complete interior design and fit-out of head office, in line with brand standards.
Fisher Price
- Designed and created interactive product panels to engage shoppers (tall and small) at point of sale.
Honda
- In line with a new marketing strategy, Honda required concepts for vehicle showrooms across Australia.

- Brand repositioning toward younger market (from Jacqueline Eve). Site analysis, strategy, interior design and space planning.

- Worked in conjunction with property and marketing divisions, conducting brand re-positioning, planning and store design.

- Conducted major feasibility studies and supplied strategic recommendations for Auto and Toy divisions.
Laminex
- Created new consumer showrooms for Laminex in flagship locations nationally, plus bolt-on versions at existing trade distributioncentres.
Medibank
- Strategic integration of brand campaign atstore level, including flagships to small instores. The nation-wide redesign and roll-out is ongoing.
Minimax
- Reconfigured and redesigned Minimax stores from theground up, focusing on customer flow and products adjacencies. Sales increases wildly exceeded targets.
Motorola
- Strategyand redesign of services centres, incorporating new product showcases and queue management systems.
Optus
- Designed and built the first Optus outlets in Australia, with a flagship store in every state.
Origin Energy
- Creating retail flagship offices from trade outlets and developing a low cost branding ‘toolbox' to be distributed and appliednation-wide.
RACV
- Strategic redesign of RACV outlets, creatingmerchandise ranges promoting self selection. Creation of RACVstandards manual for network upgrade.
Robert Timms
- Created a flagship store in S.A. in line with brand extension into retail outlets. Also created a brand standards manual for on-going use.

- Feasibility studies for repositioning.
TAB
- All encompassing, Victoria-wide, strategy and outletredevelopment allowing for opposing demographic audiences.
Tabaret
- Created various branding tools, including fixtures and signage, to promote the Tabaret brand in 3rd party venues.

- Created initial concept stores, encompassing a modular product and display panel system. Roll out to 3rd party outlets across Australia is on going.

- Completely replanned underperforming flagship stores nationally. Sales up by approximately 30%.
Wendy's
- Strategic marketing strategies around Wendy's brandrefreshment. Prototype store built and nation-wide rollout is underway.

- Created branding and wayfinding Syleguide for Woolworths "Marketplaces" for use by various Architects.
